Oil and Fat Technology Section
General Information
Oil and Fat Technology discipline focuses on the general vegetable oil processing technologies including crude oil production, refining and fat modification techniques with an engineering approach. Oilve oil production techniques, chemical and sensorial quality is also a significant work area for the Oil and Fat Technology discipline. Moreover, the registration for the geographical indication of several food products such as olive oils has been carried out with the asiistance of our group.
