Educational Objectives of the Department of Food Engineering
It is the objective of our department that our graduates will:
- Take on engineering or managerial roles in national and international private enterprises and public institutions, specifically in the fields of food production, design, planning, quality assurance, inspection, and R&D.
- Act as entrepreneurs across various branches of the food sector, establishing businesses and creating employment opportunities.
- Pursue graduate education and serve as academic personnel, researchers, or experts at universities, institutes, and research centers.
