Vision and Mission

Mission: With the responsibility of being the first department established to give food engineering education in our country, is to educate Food Engineers who practice food by applying different technologies, fulfill their duties in the provision of food safety and assurance, adapt rapidly to industrial applications, and have the consciousness to use for humanity and environment.

Vision: The vision of the program is to train food engineers who are aware of their professional responsibilities and who are able to contribute to scientific, technological and economic developments of the times and who are sensitive to humanity problems, together with our stakeholders about food engineering education.
