Educational Objectives of the Department of Food Engineering

It is the objective of our department that our graduates will:

  1. Take on engineering or managerial roles in national and international private enterprises and public institutions, specifically in the fields of food production, design, planning, quality assurance, inspection, and R&D.
  2. Act as entrepreneurs across various branches of the food sector, establishing businesses and creating employment opportunities.
  3. Pursue graduate education and serve as academic personnel, researchers, or experts at universities, institutes, and research centers.
