OUR DEPARTMENT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE GREEN NIGHT 2021 EVENT
As part of the Greennight event, faculty members and staff of our department gave lectures about bread making, varieties, and snack food production for primary, secondary and high school students. In addition, the students had the opportunity to observe the bread yeast cell under the microscope. Associate Professor. Emine Nakilcioğlu and Assoc. Burcu Türköz gave seminars for students.
